Today Avery was baptism at St. Isidore's in Manhattan. All of her cousins, aunts and uncles were there. Following the ceremony we gathered at our home for lunch. To make the day even better it was really nice outside. One day of relief from the heat we nice.
Avery was so good at her baptism, she even smiled at Father Keith while he was saying prayers for her. Avery is so lucky to have two wonderful parents - who I hope will call me often for babysitting.
